Since 1995, Contact Innovations has been developing and implementing innovative and efficient imaging solutions for financial institutions, non-profits, municipalities and businesses across North America.
CI has designed and developed some of today’s leading check/cheque imaging systems for leading US and Canadian banks. From world-class international check/cheque image payment processing systems to remote, mobile and merchant capture solutions for 2nd tier financial institutions, Contact Innovations understands the requirements and budgets of banks, big and small.
In 2000 as part of CI’s quest for innovation we launched our flagship ImageArchive product suite to meet demand of cheque/check and document truncation. Our ImageArchive (IA) software applications incorporate the latest digital imaging technology to process and render paper based documents into a digital equivalent. Our solutions have been installed across North and South America by financial institutions, non-profits, municipalities and businesses seeking processing efficiency.
In 2004 with the introduction of Check21 in the United States, CI launched ‘IA Exchange’ to deliver compliant secure electronic deposit, clearing items directly with the FED and other 3rd party processors. In 2005, Contact Innovations collaborated with Canada’s leading banks on the design and implementation of what is now Canada’s Image Cash Letter (ICL) electronic cheque deposit system and included these requirements in our IA Exchange application providing compliant ICL deposit files to Canadian financial institutions and clearing agents.
Today Contact Innovations is continuing to innovate through client collaboration and feedback. Our ImageArchive and custom built imaging solutions have been installed across North America and have provided the most efficient way for financial institutions, non-profits, municipalities and businesses to process paper-based financial transactions.
